Mutuall is a community design studio based in Chicago that facilitates community flourishing and collaboration through thoughtful program and event design. Our work is grounded in the intersection of community, equity, and sustainability.
Mutuall was founded by Rose Hsu, Xavier Pacheco, and Gustavo Arreguìn in 2025. As Co-Founder and Partner, Rose leads visual and experience design for events, programs, and partnerships at Mutuall.
Footy with Friends is a community soccer event series curated & hosted by Mutuall Design that brings together friends and friends of friends, welcoming all levels and backgrounds.

Strengthening a diverse Proviso Township community through collaborative initiatives that promote health, resilience, education and human connection for all generations.
Mutuall is currently working with Quinn Center of St. Eulalia to partner on supporting mental health programming for their teens. Through this partnership, Rose and Xavier are leading workshops and activities around life-skills and future planning for the teens from creative and visioning skills to practical skills and knowledge application.

Since first opening our doors in 1873, we've served all Chicagoans with free and open places to gather, learn, connect, read and be transformed.
Mutuall hosts creative workshops at various Chicago Public Libraries, working with their Maker Spaces to facilitate hands-on creative workshops for the public.
