Rose is the Lead Design Strategist at FLOX, leading synthesis of research and workshops as well as design of deliverables, artifacts, and communications for client projects as well as FLOX events and offerings.

Women Donors Network (WDN) is a national network of women, both cis and trans, nonbinary, and gender-expansive donors committed to protecting and advancing gender, racial, economic, and climate justice. As a growing multiracial and multigenerational community of donor organizers, we connect, grow, fund, and mobilize together in solidarity with movements to transform people, culture, and systems rooted in justice.
Through a 6-month engagement with Women Donors Network, FLOX Studio facilitated their community design process, from introducing a community piloting framework, to hosting a book club, to facilitating workshops on thoughtful community building and exchange. Through this partnership we also helped WDN develop & design a Member Onboarding and Guidebook.

Discover a new kind of university in New York City, one where scholars, artists, and designers come together to challenge convention and create positive change. Our university takes full advantage of its location in one of the most vibrant and diverse cities in the world. Our colleges and graduate schools include Parsons School of Design, Eugene Lang College of Liberal Arts, the College of Performing Arts, The New School for Social Research, the Schools of Public Engagement, and Parsons Paris.
Through an engagement with leadership teams at both The New School and Parsons, FLOX Studio has facilitated multiple gatherings and workshops in 2024-2025 as a continuation of the Strategic Planning work previously partnered on before. Through these gatherings and retreats, FLOX Studio facilitates impactful and pivotal conversations to navigate collaboration, transformation, and futuring at The New School and Parsons.
