
Under partnership with FLOX Studio, Rose is the current Design Lead for BEJP, notably leading the design of their branding & identity refresh in 2024, and subsequently their website and community guidebook which launched and released in 2025.
The Brooklyn Economic Justice Project (BEJP) is a groundbreaking community-based economic justice accelerator, providing multi-year funding, capacity-building support, thought partnership, and a facilitated community of practice to organizations working toward anti-gentrification and economic liberation.
Rose led the development of BEJP's new brand identity, working with the collective to define new brand colors, personality, and visuals to reflect their Brooklyn-focused mission.

After the development of BEJP's new brand identity, Rose led the design of their website, drawing from the brand guide as well as visuals from the community guidebook that was developed and designed by Rose as well.




Rose led the visual design of a digital & risograph printed Community Guidebook with 36 pages in English & Spanish
300 Copies were produced as well as 500 postcards.
Rose also led the design of event materials and swag for the collective's community celebration.
